SANDY SPRINGS, Ga. - Police say a man suspected of robbing a bank in the Atlanta suburb of Sandy Springs was later shot and killed by a police officer in Atlanta after a car chase. Sandy Springs police Lt. Steve Rose says the man was accused of robbing a Wells Fargo bank shortly before noon. Sandy Springs police and Georgia State Patrol officers pursued the man's car south on Georgia 400 as the chase entered Atlanta.
