The third annual Voices from the Past Cemetery Tour was moved inside Thursday due to inclement weather, but it didn't stop members of the Newton County Arts Association from bringing eight historic Oxford natives back to life for the evening.

Among the featued residents were the founder of Oxford College and a the owner of Burge Plantation during the Civil War.
