ATLANTA (AP) — U.S. Attorney's officials say a 52-year-old man has pleaded guilty to receiving child pornography.
U.S. Attorney's spokeswoman Sue McKinney of the Middle District of Georgia says Josh Ensley, a former DeKalb County schools employee, pleaded guilty Thursday in U.S. District Court.
Authorities say Ensley admitted to making a video of children using a school restroom and to ordering DVDs featuring children engaged in sexually explicit conduct. McKinney says Ensley also told investigators he had child pornography stored on his computer. Some of the images featured children under the age of 12.
Ensley faces between five and 20 years in prison and is scheduled to be sentenced July 25.
