COLUMBUS, Ga. (AP) — Police in Columbus are investigating after three female patients of a long-term health care facility reported that they were sexually assaulted.
The women reported the assaults on Friday, saying they were victimized at the River Towne Center on Warm Springs Road. They said the crimes happened between late April and Friday.
The Columbus Ledger-Enquirer reports that the women range in age from their mid-50s to mid-70s.
Few other details were immediately available.
Columbus Police Sgt. Craig Haggis with the department's sex crimes division said more details about the case might be released Tuesday.
