District 113 State Rep. Sharon Henderson, D-Covington, recently recognized late pastor and civil rights activist Forrest Sawyer, longtime educators Lizzella Dodson, Timothy and Louise Adams, and Job Cannon, and author Sandy Jackson with “Outstanding Georgia Citizen” awards. 

Henderson said they were “trailblazers” and “have done so much for the community.”
