NEWTON COUNTY, Ga. - Ghosts, goblins and other creatures made their way to the streets Tuesday evening for the Halloween festivities in Newton County. Events, such as the Scare on the Square and Porterdale Police Candy Giveaway, provided a family-friendly spot for children to trick or treat.
