Mr. and Mrs. Gary Wall of Thomasville, Ga. announce the engagement of their daughter, Kimberly Allyson Wall of Thomasville, to Dustin Eric DeHaven of Covington. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bart DeHaven of Covington.

The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Joe and Helen Wall of Centerville, Ga., and the late Robert and Madelyn Williams of Eatonton, Ga.

She is a 2003 Brookwood School graduate and a 2007 graduate of Valdosta State University with a bachelor’s degree in speech communication, public relations emphasis.

She is a public relations specialist in the marketing and public relations department at Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville.

DeHaven is the grandson of Mary Bunnell and the late Kirby Bunnell of Demming, N.M., the late John B. DeHaven, Jr. and Etta H. DeHaven of Taylorville, Ill. and the late Ray Hodges of Memphis, Tenn.

He is a 2000 graduate of Eastside High School in Covington and received a bachelor’s degree in speech communication with a general speech emphasis in 2007 from Valdosta State University.

He is an insurance sales representative with Senior Life Insurance Company in Thomasville.

The wedding took place at 5:30 p.m., Jan. 16, at First United Methodist Church in Thomasville.
