Mr. and Mrs. Gary (Kathy) Creel of Covington announce the engagement of their daughter Bethany Jean Creel to Christopher Mark Fuller of Atlanta. He is the son of Ms. Cheri Fuller of Sarasota, Fla., and the late Mr. N. Mark Fuller of Blairsville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Jean Fields and the late Mr. Richard L. Fields of Charleston, W. Va., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Edward Creel of Riverdale. She is a graduate of Shorter University with a bachelor's degree in music and Strayer University with a master's in health administration. The future groom is the grandson of Mrs. Kitty Lotz of Stone Mountain and the late Mr. Neal Fuller of Hartwell and Mrs. Barbara Hill of Clearwater, Fla., and Mr. Robert Ivings of Sarasota, Fla. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with degree in computer science. The wedding ceremony and reception are planned for Sept. 23 at the Evergreen Marriott Lakeside Pavilion at Stone Mountain Park.
