Lesa Womck and Dan Womack of Covington announce the birth of their son James Richard Womack April 12 at Rockdale Medical Center. He weighed 7 pounds and 8 ounces and was 18 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Dennis Ellis, Richard and Teresa Fricke, of Covington. Paternal grandparents are Dennis and Flavia Stapp and Dan Womack Sr., all of Covington.

Brother and sister of the newborn are Ethan and Presley.
