Lindsey and Brian Fowler of Woodstock announce the birth of their daughter, Scarlett Jane Fowler Feb. 1 at Northside Hospital, Atlanta. She weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces and was 21 inches long.
Maternal grandparents are Sharon and Larry Barbour of Mansfield. Paternal grandparents are Darla and Dave Fowler of Woodstock.
