Heather Speegle of Covington and Octavio Puga of Covington were married June 5 at the Newton County Court House with Judge Henry Baker officiating. The bride is the daughter of Ms. Regina Clegg of Oxford and granddaughter of Mr. William Sarver of White Lake, Mich.

The groom is the son of Ogla Puga of Covington. The couple will honeymoon at a later date at Myrtle Beach, S.C.
