A Social Circle mother of three was reportedly killed by her younger brother Friday night in what authorities are calling a "domestic dispute between family members."

According to Jim Fullington, special agent in charge of the Athens Regional Georgia Bureau of Investigations office, Cynthia Lundy, 33, was at her Forrest Avenue home Friday night with her husband and children when her brother, Bret Grant, 20, came into the residence and proceeded to become involved in an argument with her that lead to a physical confrontation that lead to him going and getting a gun out of his car.

"During the argument, one shot was fired, striking Ms. Lundy and killing her," Fullington said.

Grant has been taken into custody and charged with felony murder.
