Mr. Robert L. "Boo Boo" Chaney Jr. died July 9. The son of the late Mr. Robert L. Chaney Sr. and Mrs. Alice L. Chaney, he was born in 1968 in Covington. Mr. Chaney was employed with Forrest Klump as a certified fork lift operator. He attended Macedonia Baptist Church, Conyers, were his father served as deacon. Mr. Chaney was full of life and outgoing. Wherever he was, smiles, laughter and joy were present. He was preceded in death by grandmother Mrs. Alice Brooks Flournoy.

Surviving are wife Mrs. Janice Chaney; mother Mrs. Alice L. Chaney; daughter LaSasha M. Chaney; four stepdaughters; one stepson; brother Mr. Ronnie Chaney; sister Ms. Roberta (Bert) Chaney; great-grandmother Mrs. Willie Mae Chaney; father-in-law Mr. W. C. Partee; seven grandchildren; five brothers-in-law; three sisters-in-law; nine uncles; six aunts; special friends Freddy Webb, Amy Webb, Angela Shepherd; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. July 16 at Macedonia Baptist Church with the Rev. Larry Spurlock officiating. Interment followed at Westside Cemetery.
