Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence McSwain announce the engagement of their daughter Lisa Nicole of Covington to Bryan Tyler Robertson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde H. "Robbie" Robertson Jr. of Sanford, Fla.

The bride is the granddaughter of Mrs. T.C. Hughes and the late T.C. Hughes of Nashville, Mrs. Orvel McSwain and the late Orvel McSwain of Cullman, Ala. She is a graduate of Eastside High School and Mercer University with a Bachelor of Science in environmental science.

The future groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Ted Barker of Sanford and the late Mr. and Mrs. Clyde H. Robertson. He is a graduate of Orangewood Christian School and Mercer University with a Bachelor of Science in business.

The wedding is planned for Dec. 15 at Northminister Presbyterian Church, Macon.
