Mr. Marvin Riley, 96, of Atlanta and originally of Covington, died April 24. The son of Grand and Sara Riley of Emory Street, Mr. Riley was born in Covington and graduated from Clark University. He became the director of the Harlem Boys Club in New York City and was the director of Camp Wallkill in upstate New York.

Surviving are a large loving family including cousins Gordon Cook, Sara Norwood, Marvin Clements and Pamela Battle of Covington and a brother-in-law Jessie J. Clemlents of Covington.

A celebration of life was held for Mr. Riley April 30 at Warren Memorial United Methodist Church with the Rev. Yvette Massey officiating. Interment followed at Westview Cemetery.
