Mrs. Louise Spearman, 98, of Covington, died Nov. 9. The daughter of the late Tommy Lee and Mary Loyd Wagner, she was born in 1908. Mrs. Spearman was the oldest member of Shiloh Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School and served as pianist.

Surviving are son and daughter-in-law George and Cynthia Spearman of Covington, sister Lucy Wagner of Forsyth and granddaughter Michelle and Don Patterson of Claremore, Okla.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 12, at Shiloh Baptist Church with the Rev. Danny Sorrells and the Rev. Eugene Bess officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Shiloh Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 96, Newborn, 30056. The family will receive friends at Harwell-Wheeler Funeral Home today, Nov. 11, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
