On April 25, Katie Lee Jones and Dr. Jack L. Edwards, having renewed their high school (Newton County High, Class of 1961) relationship of 47 years ago, were married at the Historic Court House in Covington.

The ceremony was performed by Judge J. Virgil Costley Jr., also of Newton County High School Class of 1961.

After a two week honeymoon in Antigua, the happy couple will reside in Chatham, N.J. and have plans to return to the Atlanta area in the near future
