Jennifer Lee Gardner, 20, of Warsaw, N.Y., formerly of Covington, died Nov. 1 at Newton Medical Center. The daughter of George Gardner and Susan Crater Gardner, she was born in 1987 in Wyoming County, N.Y. She graduated from Eastside High School in 2005 and worked at Sonic and Alcovy Truck Sales. In Warsaw, she worked at Unidex as a receptionist and was a member of the Latter Day Saints Church. Her desire was to work as a rehabilitation nurse at Unity Health system in Rochester, N.Y.

Surviving are mother Susan Gardner of Warsaw; father and step-mother George and Lisa Gardner of Covington; sister and brother-in-law Michelle and Tom Graham of Arnoldsville; brothers Charles Gardner of Warsaw, Chris Mills and Matt Mills, both of Covington; nephews Clint Graham and Jake Mills; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Memorial services were held Nov. 5 in the chapel of Wheeler Funeral Home. Memorial services in Warsaw will be held at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 11 at the Latter Day Saints Church, Linwood Ave. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or Unity Health System, c/o Unity Health Hospital/St. Mary's, at 1555 Long Pond Road, Rochester, N.Y. 14626.
