More than 1,000 cyclists participated in Saturday's Covington Century Bike Ride, which wound through the communities of Newborn, Mansfield, Social Circle and Rutledge. Cyclists could choose to peddle a 30, 50, 80 or 100 mile ride. Project Adventure Kids, the event's organizing group, hosted a spaghetti dinner for all the participants and sponsors after the ride.
