Sponsorship of the 2014 B. C. Crowell Scholarship Fund Golf Tournament provides you and your company with an economical vehicle for advertising, as well as, supporting B. C.’s on-going commitment to the education of the youth in Newton County. Two scholarships of $1,000 each are awarded to a student, annually from the local high schools: Alcovy High, Eastside High and/or Newton High. The Scholarship Fund has a local board and is administered by The Community Foundation.

Golfers from Newton County and surrounding areas are invited to participate in this tournament. However, entry fees fall short of what is needed to make the scholarships possible. So we are soliciting support for this worthy cause by inviting business and industry to be a “Hole” Sponsor and/or make a corporate donation to raise additional monies for the scholarship fund.

For a contribution of $100 we will have a sign made with a company’s name or an individual’s name. The sign will be placed on a green at the Oaks Golf Course. To sponsor a team of two, the fee is $150 or if you wish to do both, the fee would be $200.
