Athletes of the week: 12/01
D.J. Hill has been playing out of his mind all season. He continued that against Meadowcreek and Eastside. At home against Meadowcreek, Hill scored a career-high 21 points with seven assists. He put up 11 points against rival Eastside as Newton went 2-0 this week with Hill as its floor general.
