A Conyers woman pulled over on a traffic stop tried to convince officers she was a member of the CIA, the Washington D.C. police, a former NASCAR driver and a member of the Rockdale Police Academy before she was arrested.
Twenty-six-year-old Alishcia Williamson was pulled over for improperly honking her horn in the first of two traffic stops on Saturday, Aug. 20, at 11:47 p.m. on Iris Drive near the Waffle House.
According to police reports, Williamson continually asked the Conyers Police officer why she was being given a ticket and said that she could not believe she was being issued a ticket.
She first stated that she was in the Rockdale Police Academy, but when asked, couldn’t give the name of her supervisors or command staff. According to reports, she then said, “I’m D.C.’s finest. This is bull____.” After being asked if she was stating that she was a police officer, Williamson replied, “Yeah.”
However, she could not give an I.D. card or badge, and said she “wasn’t showing (the officer) anything.”
Williamson then said she was undercover C.I.A. and told the officer he “better watch out.”
Williamson received a citation in which she signed “D.C.’s Finest” and underlined it three times.
After signing the citation, Williamson began to drive off as the officer was handing her a copy of the ticket. According to reports, she came close to running over the officer’s foot as she pulled away. The officer ordered her to stop and she started cursing at the officer as she stopped.
The officer replied that she “was pushing her luck and was very close to being arrested.” Williamson took her citation and sped away.
Another officer, lending assistance to the first, followed her due to erratic driving behavior such as following the car in front of her too closely, speeding and flashing her headlights on and off.
That led to a second traffic stop near Woodland Trace Apartments.
According to reports, Williamson was asked to step out of her vehicle three times before the officer asked her a fourth time while pulling out his Taser. Upon seeing the Taser Williamson then stepped out and was placed under arrest for reckless driving.
Upon being arrested, she told the officer her dad was Mark Anthony, who she said was an attorney and judge in Stone Mountain, and told the officer he “needed to act right.”
While being taken to jail, Williamson was asked why she drove in the manner in which she did. She said she always drove that way.
Williamson stated she could drive however she wanted to because she had money to pay for her speeding tickets and she had driven in NASCAR in the past, so no one could tell her how to drive.
She also stated she has been driving since she was 4-years old when she was driving Barbie trucks and dirt bikes. Williamson advised him to contact “D.C.’s finest” and all of her charges would be dropped.
When the officer later called the police department in Washington D.C., a sergeant reportedly confirmed that Williamson was not employed with the department.
She was charged with impersonating a police officer, violating windshield requirements, headlight requirements, reckless driving and disorderly conduct.
