A Conyers woman seeking help from law enforcement was subsequently arrested Saturday evening.

The 29-year-old woman called Rockdale County Sheriff's Office deputies to her residence in the 1600 block of Hunting Creek Drive to calm a domestic dispute between her and her boyfriend.

According to the deputy's report, the woman, described as a female standing 5-feet and 5-inches, claimed her boyfriend took her car keys and wouldn't return them. Once the two deputies made contact with the couple, the boyfriend returned the keys to her.

The boyfriend told deputies he took her keys because he didn't want her to leave the house Saturday night, according to the report. He also informed them that the dispute was only verbal and everything was OK.

But, after running a background check on both parties, deputies found the woman was wanted in Gwinnett County.

She was wanted for not appearing in court after being issued a traffic citation for illegal window tinting.

The woman was then arrested and taken to the Rockdale County Jail.
