Heading home: Georgia Army National Guard’s 121st Infantry 48th Battalion Bravo Company Captain Shilo Crane, Commander of the Covington Armory, and First Sgt. Patrick Eaton are welcomed back to American soil by Sen. John Douglas (R-Social Circle) on their arrival at Hunter Army Airfield near Savannah on Sunday. After a very brief welcoming ceremony at Fort Stewart, the soldiers were reunited with their families. An official welcoming ceremony with the community in Covington is being planned for May 1.
