Walk with the zombies this weekend without worrying about losing your brains at the zombie walk in Olde Town Conyers. Not only is it fun, you can also inadvertently support the Conyers Rockdale Council for the Arts, so you can help without really feeling like you are. For some people, that’s the only way. A Thriller Dance workshop with start at 5 p.m., and the price for that includes a movie and a t-shirt. There will also be trick-or-treating, a zombie fashion show (what the French?) and a screening of “ZOMBI: Dawn of the Dead (17 and up unless your parents come with you. Sorry, teenagers). The walk will start at dusk. I suggest getting there early and learning to do the dance. That’s certainly something you can tell your grandkids about. Or do with them, if you’re a super awesome grandparent – and I know you are!
