Rockdale County Sheriff's Office investigators are asking for the public's help in finding a masked, armed robber that struck a Waffle House in August.

On Tuesday, August 20, at approximately 11:56PM, the suspect entered the Waffle House located at 2020 Flat Shoals Road near Salem Road in Rockdale County.

The suspect approached two employees that were in front of the store and made them return inside to open the cash register. Once the suspect received the cash from the register, he ran from the store towards Flat Shoals Road.

The suspect is described as a black male of average height and weight. He was wearing a mask from the “Saw” movies, a blue long sleeve Dickies brand jumpsuit, black and white gloves, black shoes and was armed with a black handgun.
