Pint-sized zombies took over the streets of Olde Town on Saturday night as Edwards Middle School students performed Michael Jackson's "Thriller" after the Zombie Walk and Olde Town Fall Festival.

Dancing zombies were: Joi Adkins, Amaan Atkins, Shakira Banks, Te'Anna Beard, Kiyara Best, Jacob Broadfoot, Jessica Butler, Samone Clark, Feleciana Finley, Rachel Fortson, Hakeem Francis, Jaliyah Fuoco, Rachel Goodrum, Jada Hall, Latavia Jackson, Brooke Jackson, Naomi King, Kiera King, Maya Laws, Destin Lilly, Brooklinn Lovingood, Reese Lowe, Ariel Mattis, Collin Milfort, Mauya Mitchell, Tykera Moore, Antwar Walker, Rhema Williams, Zinayah Williams

Latavia Jackson performed as Michael Jackson.

Rhema Williams played the role of the damsel in distress.

The Narrator was Amaan Atkins.

Soloists were Te'Anna Beard, Jacob Broadfoot, Reese Lowe, Collin Milfort.

Staff organizers were teachers Jay Domingo, Ms. McNamara, and Heritage student Imani Raychelle.

Students practiced for months after auditions were held three months ago, learning every clap, shimmy and step. Parents, teachers, and community members rallied to support the performers.
