The Rockdale Rotary Club honored former Commissioner JaNice Van Ness for her years of service to the community with the presentation of a Rockdale County letterman's jacket on Wednesday, June 3. Van Ness joins a team of former elected officials who have served the community, including former Rockdale County Tax Commissioner Dan Ray, pictured wearing his own letterman's jacket, which was given to him by the community when he left office.
