Rockdale County employees stepped up to donate to United Way by buying chances to throw at county department heads and elected officials Tuesday afternoon. About $150 was raised at $1 per chance. Targets included Chief of Staff Greg Pridgeon, Post 1 Commissioner Oz Nesbitt, Extension Agent Jule-Lynn Macie, new Fire Chief Dan Morgan, Tax Assessor Lamar Sims, Planning and Zoning Director Marshall Walker and HR Director Daryl Bowie.
