Margaret Howard was named Miss Westbury 2010 while Joyce Rascoe and Kelly Smith finished as First and Second Runners-up respectively. The annual pageant, which is held at Westbury Health & Rehabilitation Center, allows residents a chance to get dolled up and have some frivolous fun.

Other contestants included Juanita Jordan, Doris Williams, Bennie Bruce, Katie McMullen, Michelle McDonald, Elsie Smith and Katherine Echols.

Rockdale County Superior Court Judge David Irwin oversaw the ceremonies while Belinda Price, Victoria Guthrie, Todd Woods and Susan Morgan judged the event.
