Public service: LeRoy Bigham, center right, was recognized for 28 years of dedicated service with the Rockdale County Soil and Water Conservation District, from 1981-2009. Bigham, a life-long farmer and county extension agent, founded the 4H land judging team, which competed on the national level, and was Farm Bureau member.
