IN BRIEF:  A crash on Interstate 20 east just before Panola Road reportedly has traffic backed up to Interstate 285. The one-vehicle accident has the right and middle three lanes of the four-lane interstate blocked, according to the Georgia Department of Transportation. The accident is expected to clear around 2:15 p.m.
