Twelve Rockdale residents participated in the second 2012 Citizens Sheriff’s Academy, an eight-week course designed to educate the public about the different function of the sheriff’s department. Graduating this months were: Bradley Anderson, Kimberly Cooper, Pamela Cope, Jean Gourdet, Kathy Hooks, Gloria Jordon, Hilda Mansicalco, John Miesel, Mike Preffer, Mary Strickland, Isaac Watkins Jr. and Janet Williams.
