The second suspct in a Nov. 11 armed robbery and carjacking was arrested Wednesday.

Bernard Hazelton, 28, was arrested in DeKalb County.

The Rockdale County Sheriff's Office deputy assigned to the U.S. Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force found Hazelton and took him into custody today around 12:45 p.m.

Hazelton was brought to the Rockdale County Jail and faces charges of Armed Robbery and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony.

The first suspect, Joshua Singh, 23, of Conyers was arrested Nov. 11 and charged with Armed Robbery.

The two reportedly robbed four people at gunpoint in the Sugar Hill subdivision.

Hazelton allegedly used a handgun and, along with Singh, to steal a rental truck that was registered to the mother of the 29-year-old male victim.

Singh reportedly told the 29-year-old male victim about a children's birthday party that was supposed to be taking place at the location. Singh and Hazelton were sitting in a white passenger car when the group pulled into the driveway of the residence.

Hazelton allegedly pulled out a handgun, possibly a 38-caliber or a 9-millimeter, and demanded the occupants to get out of the vehicle. He then took the property of the group, including two iPhones and a package of hairweave, and took off in the black 2014 Dodge Ram truck. The truck, worth about $40,000, was recovered about a mile north of the incident.
