Mrs. Ruth T. Skolfield, age 82, of Conyers, passed away on March 18, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-one years, Frederick. She is survived by four daughters and their husbands, Carol and Michael Long of Jefferson, Linda and Richard Williamson of Grayson, Gayle and Ken Edwards of Monroe, and Sandra and Mark Thompson of Conyers; seven grandchildren, Brittney Stoops, Kenneth Christie, Michael Christie, Kelly Lee, Kristi Roberson, Christopher Thompson, and Jenna Thompson; 4 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
