Olde Town Conyers kicked off St. Patrick's Day weekend festivities with the 32nd annual World's Fastest Growing St. Patrick's Day parade and 0.1 mile World's Shortest Endurance Run on Friday afternoon. The parade, started in 1985, was led by Grand Marshal Mayor Randy Mills and Honorary Grand Marshals Bill Rogers, Bill Spivey, Marty Jones and Charles Walker. Everyone was invited to join the parade, which ended at the Olde Town Pavilion with a leprechaun look-a-like contest and the crowning of the King and Queen of the Parade. The Endurance Run, held by the Rockdale Rotary Club, stretched between the Welcome Depot and The Pointe bar.

Here are a few scenes.
