IN BRIEF: The listening meeting with the state Representatives and state Senators that represent Rockdale scheduled for Thursday evening, 6 p.m. has been cancelled and postponed to another date to be announced.

The delegation released the following statement by email: "The Rockdale Delegation Chair has received notice that a number of its members had unforeseen urgent matters, that has created a conflict with today’s schedule listening session. In an attempt to assure that all members can attend, the delegation will reschedule the  meeting to occur within the next several weeks. We apologize for any inconvenience to the community we serve."
