Former Secretary of State Dr. Condoleeza Rice briefly stopped by the Borders bookstore at the Mall at Stonecrest on Nov. 3 to sign copies of her new book, "Extraordinary, Ordinary People: A Memoir of Family," which ranked no. 9 on the New York Times Bestseller list as of Oct. 31. Cold rain didn’t keep the crowds away as fans waited in a line that stretched down the mall for the chance to have their book signed.
