Get out your best snakeskin boots and hoop skirts and have a ball for a good cause.

Project ReNeWal, domestic shelter, will be hosting the Boots & Belles Ball on New Years Eve.

The event will feature fun, food and dancing starting at 8 a.m on Dec. 31 at the DeKalb Tech Ballroom in Covington.

Providing live entertainment will be the Shane Millwood band and a Tribute to Elvis by Doug Jones. There will also be a silent auction with proceeds going to help the organization help families who want to live violence free.
