The Conyers/Rockdale Planning Commission will look at proposed ordinance and permit changes for teen clubs at tonight's meeting.

The city of Conyers will request changes to the ordinances regulating the opening and operation of teen clubs.

Last year, a teen establishment off of Ga. Highway 138 in the Conyers Exchange Shopping Center, Da Club, was the subject of complants and incidents after some weekend events drew hundreds of teens.

Also on the agenda are changes proposed by Conyers to the regulations of the Livable Centers Initiative Overlay District, which stretches between Ga. Highway 138 and West Avenue.

Ephiphany Lutheran Church is also applying for a special use permit to open a daycare center on  9.44 acres of land at 2375 Ga. Highway 20 SE.

The Planning Commission meets at 7 p.m. at the Assembly Hall at 901 Main Street.
