Teams in the 2015 Spring Season are: Women on the Move (burgundy), Platinum Peach Sliders (orange), Lady Hearthrobs (purple and neon green), Hearthrob Kickers (blue and lime green), Dynamite Divas (red, orange and black), Women on Top (lime green, black), Lady Warriors (pink, gray), Tip Top Kickers (red), Kicking Divas (teal, purple, lime green).

The league donates proceeds to charities for children with cancer and breast cancer, including Children's Hospital of Atlanta, St. Jude's, and Cure Childhood Cancer.
