Last weekend there was more tragedy in the community than usual. A mother, a loving wife, was killed suddenly in a tragic early-morning car accident. A young lady with her future ahead was forever hurt emotionally and physically in the same accident.

We have two families that will forever be entwined in pain and sorrow. We do not judge nor should anyone else, until this tragic case goes through the legal process.

We will and we hope our community can offer prayers for both families and we can only hope that the pain from this tragedy can be dulled to the point that we can go on fully understanding that we need to take every moment to love and respect our loved ones because in a split second our lives with them can be forever changed.
