Fall is an exciting and refreshing time of year, although it doesn’t feel like it with the temperature still above normal. But if you look really hard you can actually see some of the trees starting to turn color ever so slightly.One sure sign that fall is knocking at our door is the start of football season.Last night Heritage and Salem started the season playing each other and Rockdale played at Winder –Barrow.You can see the results in today’s paper.All three of our local high school teams provided us with plenty of fun and excitement last year.
