A naked man was arrested late last night, parked outside of Walmart.

A Covington Police officer noticed Jonathan Arthur Bell's vehicle parked outside of the garden center of the store, which was closed at the time. All four windows of the car were down and the officer noticed Bell sitting in the passenger seat of the vehicle.

When the officer approached the vehicle from the driver's side he found that Bell was completely naked. The officer asked him what he was doing and Bell reportedly said "nothing, I'm enjoying the cool night air."

The officer allowed Bell to put on his underwear and pants and then placed him under arrest for public indecency. He remains at the Newton County Detention Center.
