After the first week of early voting on Oct. 17, 2,541 people have cast their ballots in-person.

Early voting began Oct. 13. Rockdale County has 48,907 active voters. 

When absentee ballots are added, so far 3,331 citizens have voted for the upcoming general election on Nov. 4. That’s about 6.8 percent of active voters in the county. 

Early voting ends Oct. 31.
