A Conyers man remains in jail on an $80,000 bond after allegedly enticing a juvenile female to his house for the purpose of having sexual relations with six juvenile males.
Raheem-D'Marcus Rashawn Smart, 41, of Jefferson Drive, was arrested April 16 for the incident, which is believed to have occurred on or around March 23, according to investigators with the Rockdale County Sheriff's Department. Authorities first learned from the girl's school of the incident involving a juvenile female and a six juvenile males on March 27.
According to RCSO Investigator Michael Camp, a juvenile female snuck out of her residence and was allegedly picked up by Smart and driven to his residence to have sexual relations with a juvenile male, which Smart allegedly witnessed.
Authorities believe the juvenile female then had sex or performed sexual acts on five other juvenile males at the residence, which Smart also allegedly witnessed before driving the juvenile female back to her residence.
Smart was arrested on April 16 and charged with Child Molestation, Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes, Misdemeanor Contributing to Delinquency of a Minor and Interference With Custody - 1st or 2nd Conviction.
The investigation is still an active investigation and other charges are possible, according to investigators.
