Letters from first grade students at Peachtree Academy

Dear Santa,
I want a Barbie. May you please please bring it? How do you get your magic? How did you get elves and reindeer? Merry Christma and tell Mrs. Claus "hey"..
Love,
Ashley Keen

Dear Santa,
Can I get a Barbie car for Christmas? Is my elf one that is asking if you have my christmas list? Please, please can I get a bell from your sleigh? Can I get an Olivia house
Tell Mrs. Claus I said "hi."
Love,
Sara McDevitt

Dear Ashley and Sarah,
It was so nice of both of you to ask about Mrs. Claus. This is a very busy time of year for her so she was grateful for your both asking how she was. The two of you have similar interests, asking for Barbies this year. Barbie has been so much a part of Christmas for many years and I have really enjoyed bringing them. I'll do my best. Thank you both for taking the time to write to Santa. I love you too.
Love,
Santa

Dear Santa,
I am wondering what it is up there? What does Rudolph eat and want for Christmas? Do you know what Lego trucks I wanted? If you do, will you please get it? Here is what some of them are: garbage truch and cement and wheel thing truck. Why are you fat? What time are you going to be at my house? Will you bring my presents?
Love,
Ryan Wood

Dear Santa,
What do you like to do? What does Rudolph like to eat? How much do you weigh? I love you. All I want is a doll pig.
Love,
Willow Stewart

Dear Ryan and Willow,
Rudolph's favorite daily meal is of course "reindeer grain." I feed all the other reindeer the same thing. It keeps them healthy and ready to work hard on Christmas Eve. Now of course before my flight on Christmas Eve they all get a special addition to their grain of a secret vitamin that makes them able to fly. Don't forget my favorite cookie is chocolate chip.
Love,
Santa

Dear Santa,
Can I have a elf on the shelf and a car? How can you fit in a chimney? Do you play football with the elves? Thank you for getting me Connect 4, PSP, and the Sponge Bob game.
Love,
Jordan

Dear Jordan,
It is so funny you should ask if I play football with the elves because we do, especially during the summer before we start working hard at Christmas. The elves like all sorts of games. We play football, baseball and basketball. I think they think it will help Santa stay in shape and maybe lose some weight. It does help me lose weight, but Mrs. Claus is one of the best cooks I know, and she soon takes care of that, but I think it is really all the cookies that keep me plump and jolly.
Love,
Santa
