Looking to spend some time out and about? There's plenty happening this weekend just down the road. Here are some of the highlights of the weekend:

Sept. 3, 'En Vogue' at 100 Black Men Celebration
The civic organization 100 Black Men of DeKalb County will hold a Labor Day Weekend celebration featuring En Vogue and the “men of soul,” including Peabo Bryson, Jeffrey Osborne, Freddie Jackson, at the Georgia International Horse Park onSept. 3. The concert starts at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday at 1996 Centennial Olympic Parkway, Conyers, GA 30013, and will be emceed by Shirley Strawberry, co-host of the Steve Harvey Show. Parking is $10 per vehicle. Regular tickets are for $50 for general admission, $65 for VIP table seats, and a table of eight is $750. Proceeds will benefit the Leadership Academy Educational Program. Sept. 3, Atlanta Braves vs. LA Dodgers
The Atlanta Braves are at home facing the Dodgers on Saturday, Sept. 3, at 7:10 p.m. and Sunday at 1:35 p.m. Sept. 2-5. atlanta.braves.mlb.com/ 

Sept. 3, UGA vs. Boise State

Sept. 5, American Legion Field of Dreams
Celebrate Labor Day with the American Legion Post 77 in Conyers and the "Field of Dreams," Sept. 5, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m., at 674 Legion Road. This free event features hot rods and classic cars, along with family friendly games, grilling, and more. For more information, call 770-658-6661.
