Sept. 3, 'En Vogue' at 100 Black Men Celebration
The civic organization 100 Black Men of DeKalb County will hold a Labor Day Weekend celebration featuring En Vogue and the “men of soul,” including Peabo Bryson, Jeffrey Osborne, Freddie Jackson, at the Georgia International Horse Park onSept. 3. The concert starts at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday at 1996 Centennial Olympic Parkway, Conyers, GA 30013, and will be emceed by Shirley Strawberry, co-host of the Steve Harvey Show. Parking is $10 per vehicle. Regular tickets are for $50 for general admission, $65 for VIP table seats, and a table of eight is $750. Proceeds will benefit the Leadership Academy Educational Program. Sept. 5, American Legion Field of Dreams
