If you’re interested in hearing a whole lot of music on the cheap, and don’t mind hanging out with college kids, make plans to check out the Fall Forward Fest this weekend. Spring Street is shut down to make room for the throngs of people 18 and over, the three outdoor stages, two indoor stages, 21 DJs a massive foam pit, some food trucks – which the hipsters are all about these days – and random venders selling everything from food to glow necklaces. Don’t freak out at the thought of the foam pit; I’ve had some of the most fun times of my life in foam pits, people. If you can jump with your kids at Game Time, you can dance in the foam pit. I wouldn’t suggest wearing dry clean only though – just a helpful hint.
