Pets and their owners strutted their Halloween costumes at the PetSmart Howloween parade and costume contest in Conyers on Tuesday, Oct. 20. First place winner Sadie, a 2-year-old Border Collie/Beagle mix, was dressed as a French maid and won a $20 gift card to the store. Participants also went home with goodie bags filled with canine and human treats and $60 worth of coupons. "It was fewer people than last year, but we had a lot of good ones this year," said a store employee.
